An energising and uplifting essential oil blend containing notes of Spearmint, Lime and Sweet Orange.

Blended by expert aromatherapists to help revitalise your senses. Can be blended with carrier oils for making your own bath & body oils. Can also be used as a room fragrance.

Blend 5 drops with 10ml of carrier oil (like Sweet Almond Oil), massage into the head, neck and shoulders to help invigorate body and mind.

Add up to 6 drops of the blend to an essential oil diffuser to create an atmosphere of energy and vibrance.

Blend 3-5 drops in 10ml of carrier oil and massage onto pulse points (equivalent to a 2% dilution).

Can be blended with carrier oils for making your own bath & body oils. Can also be used as a room fragrance.
