Your purchases will be selected and packed by our dedicated store team members, so if you have any questions, please leave a message in the order notes and we will ensure you get the right product and information you need. If we feel what you have ordered may not be right for you, don’t worry, we will call you (if you have permitted us) and discuss it with you. We put people above automation.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
Last minute cancellations and failure to attend clients have a massive detrimental effect on service businesses. Please call us with at least 36 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We will be obliged to take a 10% non-returnable deposit for future treatments from clients who fail to attend without notice.
Your wellbeing is our priority. You therapist will always wear a mask and gloves and discuss any potential issues prior to commencing your treatment. Please check the intimate waxing chart to ensure you book the correct treatment.
We are obliged to annually test any hair colour, hair chemical, skin dye and skin adhesive on your skin at least 24 hours prior to your treatment. This is for your safety and is in line with product manufacturing guidelines. If getting to us is problematic please let our reception know, or add postal patch test to your booking, there will be an additional charge of £3. Thank you for you co-operation.
Covid-19 & Virus Precautions
We continue to ensure our areas are clean and surfaces are wiped regularly. If you have Covid or Flu like symptoms, please call and rearrange your appointment. If you have been in contact with others who are currently unwell or you have a weakened immune system, please let our team members know and we will ensure masks and gloves are worn during your treatment. This protects you, our team and other vulnerable clients. Thank you.
Please tell your stylist or therapist of any medical or medicinal changes since your last visit, if your treatment includes the application of products. This information will help us to ensure you do not suffer complications. All information will be treated in confidence but team cannot be responsible for any reactions if we have not been informed.
We welcome children to our salons, but we are unable to offer hair colouring, perms, skin tinting, waxing and facial treatments to under 16’s, regardless of parental consent.
