Sending your order & returns

Delivery Info

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch all orders received before 13:00 UK time on the same working day, although this may sometimes take longer. Orders received at weekends or on Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Charges & Times

UK Standard Tracked: £4.50 – FREE FOR ALL ORDERS OVER £35 – delivery takes 2 – 3 working days. Delivery via Royal Mail Second Class, or Parcelforce for heavy orders.

UK Express Tracked: £6 – delivery takes 1 – 2 working days. Delivery via Royal Mail First Class, or Parcelforce for heavy orders.

UK Next Working Day Tracked: £6.95 – next working day delivery for orders placed on working days before 13:00 UK time (orders placed Monday to Thursday will be delivered Next Working Day, orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, orders placed at the weekend will be shipped on the next working day). Delivery via Royal Mail or Parcelforce.


If you wish to return your goods you can do so within thirty working days from the day after you receive your goods. We will only accept returns if the item is unopened and unused, unless the product is defective or damaged and you are returning it for this reason. Goods that are sealed or shrink-wrapped and these are opened or the seals removed can only be returned if they are defective.

Please observe the following procedure for all returns to us:

Please email sales@hendras.co.uk, quoting your Name and Order Number, and the reason for your return. We will then issue you with a Return Authorisation. Without this Return Authorisation we will not be able to process your Refund or Replacement
On the back of your delivery note or on another piece of paper, (if you no longer have your delivery note), include your Name, Order Number and the reason for the return.
If you are returning your product because it is defective, please state the defect or defects.
Repackage the product in its original packaging, including any accessories, brochures, free gifts, samples, manuals, guarantees or warranties that came with the product. Unfortunately we will be unable to issue a refund where the product is in an incomplete state. If the original packaging you received the product in has been damaged or destroyed then you should ensure that the returned product is adequately packed for shipment back to us.
Please send the goods to the address provided with your Return Authorisation.
You are responsible for paying any postage or shipping costs when returning the product. We will however refund the cost of standard or recorded postage incurred returning a product, if the product was incorrectly sent by us or where the product has been returned due to a defect.

We will not issue refunds for any items lost or stolen in transit to us. Where a return is lost or stolen in transit to us, you should claim compensation from the company that shipped the return. Therefore we recommend that all returns be sent by registered post, so that a record of the return is available for you.

Subject to the above, we will refund the purchase price of a returned product within thirty days of receiving the returned product. Please note that we will not refund any delivery charges from your original order, unless the product you are returning is defective.
