Mushrooms For Life Reishi Spore is grown in the traditional home of red reishi in the Longquan district of China and sustainably cultivated on wooden logs known as duanwood, resembling the native mountain wood reishi grows on in the wild.
The spores are carefully rolled multiple times and cracked at low temperatures to preserve their delicate compounds.
It is organically certified by the Soil Association and is naturally gluten, dairy and soya free and suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets.
Directions:
Adults take 2 capsules, 1-3 times a day with or without food.
