Directions:
Take one capsule daily with food, preferably with breakfast. Ideally, start your course three to five days prior to departure, continuing throughout your time abroad and for a couple of days after your return. This supplement does not interfere with antimalarials or other travel medication. Suitable from 4 years onwards. For those unable to swallow capsules, open and mix contents with cold, non-acidic drinks/food.
