OSI Magnesium Body Lotion + OptiMSM is a unique formula made of 250 million years old ŐSIMAGNESIUM Oil, which delivers a large dosage of magnesium into the body by penetrating the skin and OptiMSM.

Directions:

Apply around 5ml (1-2 pumps) of Magnesium lotion around the body and massage into the skin, concentrating on any areas that are prone to stiffness and cramping, avoiding any sensitive or broken skin. For daily use, best used after a bath or shower when the pores are open to aid absorption into the skin. Reapply as needed.
