Massage deep sleep shower gel all over your body. Follow by massaging deep sleep body cocoon into your body. Finally, spray a fine mist of deep sleep pillow spray over your bedlinen.

What’s the difference between Sleep Plus and Deep Sleep spray? Can I use them together?
  • Deep sleep pillow spray is designed to help you fall asleep faster and our motion-activated sleep plus pillow spray is designed to help you stay asleep for longer as it is released throughout the night. They can be used together or separately.
Can the sleep spray be used for my baby or do I need to purchase the baby-specific bottle?
  • Baby sleep pillow spray has a milder formulation due to baby’s delicate skin and is recommended for infants aged 6 months and up, children aged three and upwards can use the deep sleep pillow spray.
What’s the best way to apply the shower gel?
  • Please ensure that you are not rushing your shower, take time to inhale the functional deep sleep fragrance. This will enable you to get the best results from this product.
Can I use the body cocoon on my face?
  • We do not recommend applying this product to your face. Instead, we recommend our deep sleep overnight cream for the face.
Why is the body cocoon not vegan?
  • Deep sleep body cocoon is vegetarian; however it is not vegan as it contains beeswax.
