This Bergamot FCF essential oil can be safely used in the sun as its photo sensitive element (bergaptene) has been removed through re-distillation
Bergamot has refreshing, balancing, uplifting, cleansing and mood enhancing properties. Can be used to create a facial oil – especially suitable for combination skin.
Add 2 drops each of Bergamot and Ylang Ylang essential oil in 10ml of Jojoba oil as an alternative to a moisturiser for problem skin.
Add 3 drops of Bergamot, three 3 drops of Wild Orange and 3 drops of Cypress essential oil for a soothing citrus room fragrance that helps to balance and uplift your mood.

Our Bergamot FCF comes from Italy (where the Bergamot tree originates) and we re-distill the oil in the UK to remove the Bergaptene (also known as Furocoumarin-free – FCF), which can cause photo-sensitivity.
