Vitamin D3 is sourced from lichen and often referred to as the sunshine vitamin. Vitamin K2 is sourced from natto, which contributes to normal blood clotting and maintenance of normal bones.

Directions:
As a food supplement, using the dropper add 0.5ml once or twice daily to food or drink (or directly into mouth). Children 4+ years take 0.5ml daily. Do not exceed stated dose unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Store in a cool dry place, out of the sight and reach of children. Once open, keep refrigerated and use within 6 months.
