Viridian Organic Pumpkin Seed Omega Oil is certified organic by the Soil Association and uses oil taken from the first cold pressed seed only. Pumpkin seed oil is notable for its ability to supply omega 6 and omega 9 essential fatty acids in a 1:1 ratio as well as having a high content of carotenoids and fat-soluble vitamins, including vitamin E. Furthermore, research has shown that pumpkin seed contributes to maintaining a healthy prostate function.
This highly nutritious and delicious oil can be added to fruit or vegetable smoothies, salad dressings, dips, soups or as a condiment drizzled onto vegetables, pasta, rice, potatoes etc… or just taken from the spoon.
Certified organic by the Soil Association, the pumpkin seeds are lightly toasted prior to cold-pressing. The oil is then bottled into amber glass bottles under a blanket of nitrogen to protect the oil from air and light.

As a food supplement:
FOR ADULTS
- Take 1-3 teaspoons daily with food
FOR CHILDREN
- 2-7 years, take half a teaspoon daily
- 8-11 years, take one teaspoon daily
- 12-16 years, take two teaspoons daily
- Not suitable for children under 2 years
